As I grew older, my simple love for coffee turned into a quest for the perfect cup. I began experimenting trying different methods, learned about grind size, water temperature, and all the details that go into crafting the best cup. But the more I learned, the more I realized that the real secret lay beyond brewing-it was in the beans themselves.

Driven by a desire to find the best coffee, I embarked on a journey that took me to remote farms around Guatemala. My hunt for the best coffee started, the most exotic beans, the finest producers, the most renowned coffee-growing regions, where I savored flavors that I never knew coffee could possess. Each discovery was more thrilling than the last, but I quickly realized that no matter how extraordinary the beans were, their potential could only be unlocked through proper roasting.

Roasting, I found was the key to transforming a good cup of coffee into something truly spectacular. It was the missing link, the final piece of the puzzle. So, I took the plunge and starting roasting my own coffee, I devoted myself to mastering the art and science of roasting, until I could bring out the full depth and complexity of each unique batch.

I decided to share this passion with others, so now we keep traveling in hunt for the most rarest, most fascinating coffee beans, work directly with farmers to ensure we bring you the freshest, most flavorful coffee possible. We roast each batch to perfection, unlocking the hidden flavors and telling the story of the beans with every sip.
