This is the washed counterpart to our natural Fraijanes — the same single farm on the slopes of the active Pacaya volcano, the same nutrient-rich volcanic soil, processed the opposite way.
Washing strips the fruit from the bean before drying, clearing away the jammy sweetness of the natural to reveal the bean's underlying structure. Medium roasted, it's bright and clean: crisp acidity, a balanced body, and a smooth, sweet finish. Set it beside our natural Fraijanes and taste exactly what process does to a single coffee.
